A gorgeous watch that definitely looks more pricey than it is. I've gotten so many compliments. Adjusting the chain length was a little tough as was unlatching it the first time but I found a wooden cuticle stick helped without scratching the metal. The shipping was also faster than expected and it arrived in a lovely box.
Excellent quality and perfect size. Just a little too long had to take off some length but overall lovely. Lots of compliments since I been wearing it. Just beautiful jewelry.

Got this as a gift for my daughter in law and she absolutely loved it!
My watch came unusable. The hook does not fit through the clasp and they (AI support center) offered to replace it but now I am on a waitlist and now have to wait who knows how long for a working product. They also offered a 50% refund in store credit which is just a joke.

I love the watch but definitely expected for such a beautiful watch and a decent brand would have their logo on the watch face as that's what shown in the advertisement photos and videos, I have BS Bee Sister written on my watch face which is less than desirable if I'm honest as takes away from the beautiful watch
