We want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn't right, we make it right — and you never have to send anything back.
Not in love with it?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a different piece or give you store credit, and you keep the one you have.
Arrived damaged, defective or not as expected?
Send us a photo at support@caducci.com. We'll send you a new one, free, and you keep the original.
Parcel lost on its way?
If your tracking stops moving or your order never arrives, we'll reship it free of charge.
Doesn't fit?
Every watch comes with a free sizing kit, so you can adjust it at home in minutes.
Refunds
When a refund applies, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Customers in the UK and EU
You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To use it, email support@caducci.com with your order number and we'll send you the instructions.
